Last Friday I began to practice the protein in the day and carbohydrates in the evening technique.
Let me backtrack a minute by saying that everyday between 1-3 PM I truly start feeling lethargic, and because of this I dread these hours from the time that I wake up. There is nothing worse than having to force yourself to stay awake while at work. Hell, this is when you are supposed to be top notch, especially if you're in a high pressure sales position like I am.
In a weeks time I have become human again, that's what it feels like anyway.
By incorporating this concept that takes no effort at all, what has usually been a dreaded 2 hours has actually been a delight! It's already changed my outlook on the workday altogether. Thank you.
